Our emergency staff, Drs. Kathleen Posey and Shannon Majsztrik, are ready to take of your pet’s emergency needs. We receive emergencies weekdays until 10PM and during the weekends from 9AM to 5PM. The emergency service is available to our existing clients and new clients by referral only. Please have your family veterinarian contact our hospital prior to referral of an emergency. Upon arrival, your pet is examined and if required admitted to the hospital for further work-up and treatment. Because we have a multi-disciplinary referral hospital we are able to take advantage of the extensive knowledge of our specialists to more accurately diagnosed and effectively treat your pet. Our specialists are available for consultation with the emergency doctor at any time. Please make sure to bring all pertinent records, this will avoid repeating of testing that has been done by your regular veterinarian and helps decrease your costs.
