Formerly known as Beltway Veterinary Cardiology and Beltway Oncology – Internal Medicine, this established practice relocated to Bowie, Maryland in September 2003 and changed its name to Dogs & Cats Veterinary Referral (DCVR).We have been caring for pets in the Washington Metropolitan Area since 1999 and working in the field since the late 1980s.
