We are a specialty referral hospital, as such we can only see patients that have been previously referred by a family veterinarian. We do not take walk-ins. Breeders are not required to be referred when making appointments for screening of congenital disease.

Please bring all pertinent records with you at the time of consultation. This will help keep your costs down by avoiding repeating of some tests. Unfortunately, due to the nature of specific diseases we may need to repeat some of the tests already done.

Please bring your pet fasted for at least 10-12 hours prior to the appointment time. If your pet has a medical condition that requires repeated feedings please discuss your case with our receptionist when you schedule the appointment. Please leave water available at all times.

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. If your pet requires hospitalization, an estimate of the costs will be provided to you and a 80% deposit is required prior to providing these services. We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa an Discovery card. We do not have payment plans, but we offer Care Credit for qualified applicants.
