We are available to receive referrals from your veterinarian every day of the week. Our team of specialists has the expertise and diagnostic tools necessary to diagnose and treat the most complicated medical and surgical problems. Our Client Service Representatives are available to help you schedule an appointment with one of our specialists every day between the hours of 8am and midnight. Having your veterinarian’s orders on hand will help us to expedite scheduling with the correct service.
Dogs and Cats Veterinary Referral and Emergency utilizes the latest technology when diagnosing and treating your pet’s ailment. Since advanced diagnostic imaging is so vital in time-sensitive situations, we have on-site multi-slice Computed Tomography (CT scanner) with 3-D reconstruction capabilities, on-site MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, digital radiography, and a full-time board certified radiologist, who partners with our other specialists to perform these advanced diagnostics for your pet in-house. Our hospital is equipped with a state-of-the-art surgical suite and 24-hr emergency staffing. This allows us to go from consult to surgery in just a few hours when an emergency arises. We strive to make your pet as comfortable as possible and when appropriate, we are proud to be able to offer laparoscopic and thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Our neurology department is eager to help diagnose and treat all neurologic conditions, from seizure disorders to paralysis. Our neurology department provides on-site MRI, as well neurosurgery services to treat intervertebral disc disease and brain tumors. For the diagnosis of respiratory and intestinal disease, our internal medicine department uses digital radiography, video endoscopy, 3-D CT scan reconstruction, fluoroscopy, complete in-house laboratory and more. Our board certified oncologist is available for consultations Tuesday-Friday by referral. The oncology team are skilled in the most up to date cancer treatment modalities, and are ready to provide the compassionate care that you and your beloved pet deserve. In the case that a cancer diagnosis has not yet been made, the oncology service will work closely with our team of specialists to guide diagnostics such as ultrasound or CT imaging and tissue biopsies. Through this collaboration with other services, we will do everything we can to provide you and your veterinarian with the answers you need.
24/7 Emergency Care
Our emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are happy to receive emergencies by referral or on a walk-in basis. Constant supervision and care of your hospitalized pet is our highest priority. Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with dedicated and experienced doctors and technicians who will treat your pet like one of their own! When indicated, our board certified specialists are available for consultation with our emergency veterinarians 24/7.
