Dr. Andrews

Dr. Blake Andrews earned his undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the University of Georgia before receiving his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee. Following graduation, he completed a small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine before returning to the University of Tennessee for a three-year medical oncology residency.

Dr. Andrews has special interests in canine and feline hematopoietic cancers, anal sac adenocarcinoma, and palliative and hospice care. His passion for veterinary oncology has also led to research, teaching, and presentations focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in companion animals. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Andrews enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and anything chocolate.
